Rebecca offers direct Character Mentoring to clients and also trains individuals who wish to become Character Mentors. Additionally, she facilitates GriefShare, a support group for people grieving the loss of a loved one. Rebecca has a heart to help others to realize their full potential. Her own personal journey of healing from emotional abuse led her to Character Mentoring and the desire to walk alongside other women to face challenges, discover hidden strengths, be empowered, and to become more resilient. Rebecca moved from San Diego to Vienna many years ago and has had a more than 30-year career in an international organization. She is blessed with having 2 adult children who are successfully fulfilling their passions in the field of medicine.
Sonia has extensive lay church leadership involvement and Character Mentoring experience. She has a heart for Latino women — serving to strengthen them in Austria and abroad. Sonia also has a strong commitment to training others to be Character Mentors. Though in Vienna by permanent assignment, she is pursuing ways to expand Character Men

Though in Vienna by permanent assignment, she is pursuing ways to expand Character Mentoring into her home country of Costa Rica and provide materials in Spanish. Alongside her involvement in the Character Mentor Program, Holly runs U!Shine Vienna, a mental and emotional wellness organization that uses individual creativity and storytelling to facilitate positive change and empathy within the mental health conversation. Additionally, Holly is a certified SYMBIS Facilitator, a program created to help couples flourish at any stage of their relationship. Holly and her husband help nourish a small house church in Vienna and have two small, busy children.

Jayne enjoys the interaction of one-to-one Character Mentoring relationships. She has a keen interest in encouraging others to embrace who they are. Jayne uses the Character Mentoring process as a tool to help others recognize how body, brain, and soul are inter-connected and to help them grow both in character and in faith. She has an extensive background in Bible teaching, leading small group Bible studies, and in hospital chaplain work. Jayne is actively involved in the Austrian Langham movement - a movement originating from the ministry of John Stott with the aim of equipping men and women to communicate the message of the Bible faithfully. Originally from the UK, Jayne has raised three children bilingually and cross-culturally. She offers Character Mentoring in English and German.

Be it the change in a major relationship, the loss of someone dear, or simply the vast amount of ways to choose after school - it is easier when not travelling alone. As any crisis offers opportunity for personal growth, Clemens enjoys coming alongside a person, and making the best of the situation.
Aside from Character Mentoring training, Clemens has a Diploma and Certification in “Lebens und Sozial Beratung” (Life and Social Counseling), as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Biblical Theology.
Being a native to the city of Vienna, he has been involved in the leadership of a local international church for almost a decade.
Roman has discovered character mentoring to be effective in his work with individuals and couples. For the past 20+ years, he has worked in various mentoring, leadership and teaching roles with church, youth and international student ministries. He has a Master's of Theology from Comenius University and is a Level II character mentor. He

He has developed various seminars, including "You Can't Just Google Love" and a small group study intended to invite transformation through noticing the Holy Spirit all around us. He offers pre-marital counseling as well as online options for mentoring. Roman lives and works with his wife in Bratislava, Slovakia. He enjoys wildlife sightings, photography and specialty coffee.

She is a trained physiotherapist and uses character mentoring as a tool to integrate body and soul in her work with clients. Raquel believes that every individual has the capacity to make positive life changes. She especially enjoys her work with teenagers and young adults, assisting them to understand their own inner potential, through the practice of healthy habits and character virtues. She has a high level of respect for the worth of the person and for diversity — drawing from her extensive cross-cultural experience. During her studies, Raquel volunteered in social and community projects, with NGO’s in Central and South America, and in Austria (Special Olympics, SOS Children Villages International, Cancer Epigenetic Society CES, and NPH Österreich). In addition to her Character Mentor certification, Raquel holds a second bachelor’s degree in Psychology, with a special focus on Physiological Psychology. She resides in Vienna, Austria.

Connie enjoys helping people and does Character Mentoring with people of all ages. Her background in teaching has been a way in which she has expressed her compassion for others. Before moving to Austria, Connie worked with inner-city children of various ages from Lynchburg, Virginia. The programs she provided helped them to build character, confidence, leadership, and independence. Upon moving to Austria some thirty years ago, Connie shifted her focus to working with adults of all age levels. Through wellness coaching that is integrated with her faith, Connie assists others in achieving their goals physically and mentally. When doing Character Mentoring, she also draws upon the strength of her Christian upbringing and continued participation in the Christian community.
